Agreement

: Provided that you abide by these Terms, AIHumaniz offers you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for both personal and business purposes.

: You maintain all ownership and rights to any content you produce, upload, or otherwise create with the Services (“User Content”). AIHumaniz makes no ownership claims over your User Content.

Responsibility

: Any harm that arises from the use or publication of your User Content is entirely your responsibility. Any User Content submitted through the Services is not endorsed by AIHumaniz, and it is not its responsibility.

Restrictions

: You undertake not to use the Services in any way that violates these Terms or infringes upon the rights of others, or for any illegal, harmful, or malicious reasons.

: Using the Services for activities such as submitting content that is copyrighted or plagiarized, spreading false information, harassing or defaming others, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to AIHumaniz systems or user accounts are just a few examples of prohibited uses.

Severability

: In the event that a court rules that any part of these Terms is defective or unenforceable, the other parts will still be in full force and effect.

Complete Agreement

: These Terms replace any previous oral or written agreements, understandings, or statements with regard to the Services. They also reflect the complete agreement between you and AIHumaniz.

No Waiver

: AIHumaniz shall not be regarded to have waived any of these Terms’ provisions or the right to enforce any of them.

Plans

: AIHumaniz provides a range of subscription packages with varying features and costs. Our website has comprehensive details on possible plans and related costs.

Processing

: Subscription payments are handled by safe third-party payment processors. Credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options listed on our website are accepted forms of payment.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

: You have the option to end your subscription at any moment. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the upcoming payment period if you don’t cancel it before the renewal date. Our website contains our refund policy, which will be followed in processing refunds for canceled memberships.

: AIHumaniz occasionally makes promotional offers or free trials available. These offers’ term & services are subject to change and will be specified at the time of the promotion.

Refund Policy

: You can request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied, provided you have not used more than 1000 words.

Ineligible Refunds

: Refund requests submitted after the 3-day (72-hour) window from your initial purchase or those exceeding 1000 words used will not be processed.
